Why You Should Go to IBE®CON

As the saying goes, you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. I wholeheartedly agreed! But the magic that happens when you spend a weekend with hundreds of like-minded people all striving for greatness is actually ELECTRIC.

The idea of IBE®CON first originated back in early 2020 when we were gaining momentum as a virtual hair extension education company. We were forging incredible relationships without even meeting another and I knew it would be amazing if we could all be in the same room! We were slated to have an event in Vegas fall of 2020…..then COVID hit and our world got turned upside down.

We pushed it off a year and had our first IBE® Convention in Vegas in 2021, then again in 2022. This time in April 2024, we took it to the beaches of Los Cabos Mexico at the Hard Rock. Y’all, it was nothing short of epic.

We focus A LOT here at IBE® on technical education with countless videos, educational masterminds, and hands-on classes. But I have preached from the beginning that technical training alone will only get you so far in this industry. You will absolutely be able to achieve new heights in your career with industry-specific training! However, the real flex happens when you start to work on YOU. And that’s exactly what IBE®CON is designed to do.

All I have ever wanted for this community of stylists is to feel seen, heard, and valued. For me, IBE®CON is part of the equation that makes this possible. It is meant to inspire and motivate, and make sure everyone there realizes how special they truly are. I mean, where else do we get to walk a red carpet and be treated like the royalty we are all?!

IBE®CON provides an environment where you can unlock a new level of personal and professional growth. Putting yourself in the RIGHT room with the RIGHT circle of people is like adding fuel to an already raging fire.

Our attendees walk away feeling ready to literally take on the world, and they know that they have just spent a weekend with hundreds of friends who will be cheering them on. It's an incredibly humbling experience to plan it for upwards of a year, then watch our stylists experience it all with stars in their eyes.

And yes, I’m already planning the next one.
